Hollywood still insists on churning out biopics about musicians that no one wants, when they could be crafting biopics about people with genuinely interesting stories that deserve to be told.

Do not make it a safe greatest hits montage. Make it a real story about a band grinding, failing, getting lucky, and staying together.
Keep the Jersey grit. Keep the ego and the friendship. If they nail that, it will hit way harder than any checklist biopic.
