Why would I watch a show about a Mandalorian bounty hunter when there’s already a show about a cool Mandalorian bounty hunter? It was too much, and the shows direction was abysmal.

>Morrison has ardently tried to fight his way back into the fold. Notably, back in 2025, he implored fans at a convention to get the attention of Lucasfilm. Despite the outpouring of support vying for Boba’s return, the executives weren’t so pleased.

Book of Boba Fett couldn’t be a better adaptation of the character : looks really cool, sometimes accomplished a goal, but mostly stands around while being easily defeated. All the while somehow overshadowing his much, much more interesting out of universe successors in the form of Jando and Din.

the first season is self-contained, there is nothing to tell in my opinion

They turned you into a lame crime lord and gave you lame hipster bike sidekicks.

God, the stupid ass Scooter gang, I just can’t get over how they could have thought that was a good idea.
What a ridiculous throw.

There were so many mistakes by producers and directors on this.

They changed him from a lawless badass to a hooker with a heart of gold.
The people who make Star Wars now just really don’t understand the characters.

This was frustrating to watch. It seemed like the only actors that cared about doing a good job was Morrison and the Mando cross overs, no one else really cared toward the emd

Robert Rodriguez’s fault.

I feel like the show should have gotten more into the parts of his backstory that weren’t covered in Attack of the Clones and Clone Wars. If they absolutely had to have Cad Bane appear, at least get more into his backstory with Boba. They should have also made him into more of a villain protagonist.

What a bad headline.
