In a just world, this would be doing Scream 7 numbers, it’s such a fun popcorn flick. More proof “Tired of sequels and remakes!” “Just make good movies!” crowds aren’t for real, when the 7th movie in a franchise with a 34 on RT and a red 37 on Metacritic makes so much more money than an original thriller movie by a big name director with a 94% on RT and 75 on MC, yeah nah.
That being said, it is doing better than I expected, even with Raimi’s name attached to it, I honestly expected this to do numbers similar to stuff like Companion or Abigail at best.

Repeating myself but worth repeating I guess. Rachel McAdams + Dylan O’Brien are great co-leads. Would watch another movie with them together
