Anyway, I hope Netflix uses at least some of that almost $3 billion to actually support movie theaters now. It’s the least they could do. Though I am absolutely confident that they will not.
WB gets $7 billion from Paramount if the deal doesn’t go through. The funniest thing could happen. lol. Paramount doesn’t get anything but pays out $9 billion. Haha

Well in a couple years when Netflix buys what is left of this merger for pennies they will be laughing all the way to the bank.

Completely unsurprising. There was never any risk this break fee payment would be delayed or challenged in a lawsuit given the circumstances of these deals.
