The first movie was actually my first exposure to this sub. I was checking daily to see if this movie was a success because I enjoyed it so much. Crazy to see this trailer hit my feed today.
Honest to god I expect a VERY modest number, especially because the first one quietly left theaters after making around $4 million. But this movie existing at all is a win for freaks like me that enjoyed the slow pace of the original.

Hmmm. Not sure what to make of this. First one was enjoyable, but holy moly was it slow paced, and not in a way that actually built tension either. To be honest, I wouldn’t have even thought the first one was well-received enough to warrant a sequel at all.
That said, I’ll watch. The yoga girl kill was top notch creativity and I was actually a big fan of the wood splitter kill as well, as slow and plodding as it was.

Thought first one was was pretty decent… but the end of it was just a lot of nothing if they can keep this one up should be pretty interesting

enjoyed the first one enough. The NPC-ass dialogue from all the characters was funny but i wasnt a fan of the ending, just felt like it was trying to become a different movie all together, i wouldve preferred it just stick to following the killer Johnny all the way through to the end instead of focusing on a random out-of-nowhere protagonist all of a sudden but i may check this out, the kills were top-notch
