I don’t care I’m excited for this film. I do think it’ll break even but just that and have some change

  3. I’m calling it now: It’s gonna be the highest grossing Star Wars film since Rise of Skywalker

I think this looks fine but it still feels like a new season of the TV show. IDK, baby Yoda fever feels like it was huge a decade ago, lol. What do I know, maybe this breaksout but as of now I’m thinking Indy 5 box office numbers.

I’m pretty excited for it. The trailer has me sold and I don’t need another.

I’m not too concerned for its BO potential. I think families with younger kids will definitely be pumped to see Mando and Grogu back in action.

300m WW gross incoming. Are we all in agreement that Devil Wears Prada 2 will be the biggest Disney release in May?

Them using the slogan “Star Wars returns to the big screen” is pretty weak considering Mando is a Disney+ show we can watch at home…

  8. Still looks like a scrapped Season 4 of The Mandalorian and not something worth a theatrical release.

6.5 years since the last Episode film and this is what we are getting from Star Wars’ return in cinemas.

  9. It’s crazy how S1 & S2 of Mando felt like true cultural phenomenons that everyone was talking about. I will never forget the day they had the Luke Skywalker cameo at the end of S2. It was a reminder that Star Wars can still generate interest even after the reception of Rise of Skywalker. Now this feels like nothing. They oversaturated the marketplace with mid Disney plus shows and Star Wars no longer feels like special events. I’d argue the Disney plus shows did more damage than the sequel trilogy.
