That should be the right tracking for Wuthering Heights where it’s pre-sales numbers are going land around $45M-$50M on the 3 day weekend along with $55M-$60M on the 4 day weekend

  2. Wuthering Heights should easily crack into Margot Robbie’s top 5 biggest box office openings:

    1. *Barbie* (2023) – $162m
    2. *Suicide Squad* (2016) – $133m
    3. *Once Upon a Time in Hollywood* (2019) – $41m
    4. *The Legend of Tarzan* (2016) – $38m
    5. *Birds of Prey* (2020) – $33m

Many trackers (including me) are seeing a 70M+ 4-day debut. $6M/20M/27M/13M/6M

Could go higher or lower depending on how the last few days go.

  4. During the Valentine’s Day period, this is a more than predictable outcome. We’ll have to see how it goes in the following weeks.

Wuthering Heights/Goat/Crime 101 will give the box office the early boost it needs until Scream in two weeks slashes up another overperformance.

Wow. $50 mill opening for a movie that has “no audience”. Impressive /s

For a film based on a book they don’t even teach in high school anymore that has already been adapted to the big screen about a dozen times in the last century this is fantastic!

    This is fantastic period actually.
