TIL Shawn Levy directed this… I LOVE the two Pink Panther Steve Martin movies. I found them absolutely HILARIOUS. Looking through Levy’s stuff, I think he’s pretty underrated, and I’m excited for Starfighter

I didn’t realize that my massive dislike of Levy as a director actually started here. Such a downgrade from the original series, even taking into account the weakness of the first film in that series. Peter Sellers is indelible as Clousseau.
