>When a new Ghostface killer emerges in the quiet town where Sidney Prescott (Neve Campbell) has built a new life, her darkest fears are realized as her daughter (Isabel May) becomes the next target. Determined to protect her family, Sidney must face the horrors of her past to put an end to the bloodshed once and for all.

That Lillard tease at the end and they put his name on the new poster. Now we’re getting somewhere

The trend of showing a quick teaser for the Superbowl ad that’ll debut on YouTube is back. Fuck paying 10 million for a teaser. This mattered before 2008. Since then it’s a lost cause thanks to social media and people mostly watching from non cable outlets

Is this the trailer they’re playing at the Super Bowl? Apparently the SB trailer is the last trailer Scream 7 is getting and if THIS is the trailer they’re going with, I can see this movie making less than but close to $30 million domestic opening weekend (around 26-28 million)
They have done nothing whatsoever to get people excited for this movie. And that’s coming from a person whose favorite film/franchise of all time is Scream. This one just feels like your standard, cliche Scream movie and doesn’t have any real hook this time other than Sid has a daughter. The last one was so fresh and exciting and probably my favorite sequel in the whole franchise. This one feels like the complete opposite of 6 in comparison. Boring and derivative.

Reminder:
* Jenna Ortega had consecutive bombs last year.
* Her next project The Gallerist will likely also bomb.
* Her most successful projects (Wednesday & Scream films) are based on IPs that started before she was born.

very generic looking trailers so far, and way less ‘meta’. No idea where this will fall.

Do my ears deceive me? Matthew Liillard’s voice at the end? Honestly I need to get back into this franchise
NEVER BEEN THIS SAT IN MY LIFE
I keep seeing people say all the leaks are out there but I have yet to find a single one. Can anyone PM them to me?
The Gale interview with Sid, the leaks were true! Oh my….
Funny how the announcer never mentions the number the sequel, just “Scream”.
>I’m back for the bloodline. Check out the new Big Game Spot for #Scream7. Tickets go on sale February 9.
