I’m actually surprised it pulled in $3M.
I was expecting it not to even crack $1M, especially with the winter storm in half the country.

Yeah, Silent Hill will never be mainstream outside of gamers. It just isn’t designed to be that way unless you change it a lot to make it appeal to everyone.

Honestly, for being such a small release (it’s basically only getting a token release in leaup to a future digital/physical media release) with zero fanfare and little advertising… that’s not *that* bad. Originally it was projected to only make ~1.5 million.

February has way bigger releases. Strangers 3, Wuthering heights, scream 7. Plus, contracts making them still play avatar 3.
