The film will be worth watching in the coming days, also to understand the potential knock-on effect of the nominations. Compared to a comparable film, as reported in the Cineguru Intelligence newsletter, A Complete Unknown starring Chalamet – released on January 23, 2025 – opened with €145,009, for a first weekend of €1,339,744 and a total of €4,158,329. If the film maintains the same 9.2 opening-weekend multiplier as A Complete Unknown, it should be at a Sunday night total of $1.7 million.
