      only thing taylor has ever contributed to speaking on Palestine is bashing people who genuinely care about stopping the genocide who use the attention they get for being her target to raise awareness

      I appreciate Charli xcx channeling the extra attention to direct people to Israel’s genocide in Gaza. Instead of some dumb, manufactured celebrity feud.

      This makes Taylor Swift’s silence even more deafening.

      Meanwhile Miss Showgirl has not said a single thing about Palestine in any capacity. She could promise to give fans a bonus track in exchange for a $5 donation to the Palestine Child Relief Fund or any other organization and millions of dollars would be raised in a matter of minutes.

      I’m at that age where a lot of pop culture passes me by and whilst I know who’s popular, I don’t know much about them but this has become a litmus test.

      And not because Gaza matters more than every other atrocity in the world but because there is so much being done to silence those who speak up and it has been this way roe dedades. And because my government is complicit.

      And because in the 90s I had a history teacher who taught the truth.
