In M3gan 2.0 (2025) Gemma puts M3gan in a Moxie. Moxie was created to be an emotional support for kids. It could read, play games and teach children how to be social. The IRL product failed because parents weren’t comfortable with a robot raising their children, which is what M3gan (2023) was about

I thought the first Megan, or at least the vibe I got from it, was about that too but now she’s a sassy robot just doing robot stuff? Does it mean anything anymore?
