Looks like the limo bus from Dog Day Afternoon

I’m thinking 4th gen [International Travelall](https://bangshift.com/bangshiftxl/1972-international-harvester-travelall-limo-stageway-ridiculously-huge-sale/). This application was quite popular for the 3rd & 4th generation.
