-When he wanted someone to kill shrek, he visits the bar for the first time and encounter a frog that says “Hey, do i know you?”
-The lily pad pattern is overwhelming present in their bedroom

– Queen Lillian (lily name reference) said, “Don’t you remember when we were in love? We used to walk down by the lily pond…and they were in bloom..” “Our first kiss”. Their first kiss, at the lily pond, made him human.
