In Night at the Museum 3 (2014) when the tablet malfunctions and everyone starts going back to their statue state Ahkmenrah and Dexter the monkey are the first ones to start worrying. This is because they are the only ones that actually died before becoming a statue, and knew what death feels like.

I haven’t seen it in so long and I never knew this then so good one
Why is that relevant for Ankmenrah? Been a while since I watched that. I assume Dexter is a real monkey and taxidermy brought him there, but is Ankhmenrah the actual skeleton with new skin? I thought he was a replica like Roosevelt.
TIL there’s a 3rd one lol
In the director’s commentary for the 2nd film, Shawn Levy mentioned how he had the Ben Stiller flash light fight scene choreographed and shot in a way to pay homage to Return of the Jedi duel between Luke and Vader.
Levy was also really grateful Lucasfilm let him use Darth Vader as a cameo in the 2nd film and the owners of Oscar the Grouch.
Levy also had nothing but praise for a relatively unknown actor Jon Bernthal (does not trust people who nap) at the time.
Now Levy is directing a Star Wars movie after all those years.
Also Thomas Lennon (Reno 911 Lt. Dangles) co-wrote the script for the first 2 films and was talking about how he refused to watch the prequels.
I’ve never seen the movie but I’m having a hard time understanding this. “They are the only ones that died before becoming a statue.” So all the other statues in the museum of natural history are still alive? Like they were all born after 1900?
Those movies just have a crazy cast huh
Belo detalhe,aliás amo essa trilogia
Mmmm thanks i dislike hearing that
I forgot that Queen was the Pharaoh.

these movies are underrated and i won’t hear otherwise
