Where’s the part where they mention giving away their salaries for the rest of their careers and multiple homes?

The smell in the air is either the same looping rot that we will live with for all eternity, or a revolution. I just hope for a bloodless one.

I mean… this is a really over the top edit that cuts out context, but he never said shift away from capitalism. Had to go all the way into the original video to find it, but he’s talking about having to shift culturally towards the government working to benefit lower income people and middle income so they can also participate in the positive parts of capitalism, and also regulate corporate greed in a way that the lower income brackets aren’t priced out of things that benefit everyone (like electric cars was his example, but can also apply towards things like food deserts, healthcare, etc).

Editing a two hour conversation into just the flowery language loses all the context. Couldn’t watch it all so maybe he did say to hell with capitalism, but from the tidbits I saw, that wasn’t the case
