My guess is that she’s referring to Lisa Rinna.

I love other real housewives cities, but Beverly Hills is currently just unwatchable for me, because garcelle was pretty much the only likable one to me (besides Jennifer Tilly) and they refuse to address any real issues on the show!
Disgusting behaviour from the white women on the cast. Not shocked but always disappointed. I’m sad Garcelle had to go through that and keep taking hits. I also blame Bravo, Alex Baskin, and Andy Cohen. They’re all complicit.
