WCK helped communities I care about very deeply during the devastating southeastern Kentucky floods of 2022. It is such a good org. They most likely literally saved lives then. Colbert has gained even more respect from me for doing this.

I stopped at a couple of Jose Andres restos and they were shockingly affordable for where they were located. So shocking that I googled why and found out Jose Andres has a commitment to providing affordable food. I’m sure he has some high end ones, but I’m still thinking about this cannelli bean dish I got at his tapas place. So good. so affordable. Would return.
