This is healthy. Too many almonds mums out there creating disordered eating, we see enough online we don’t need to see it in the home too

Once my oldest and I were talking about weight and I made an offhand comment about how I’ve always hated my body and she stopped me and said “Really? But you never said anything negative about it before.” I grew up with a mom that constantly berated both her and my weight, looks, personality, everything. I swore to myself that I would do it differently, so it was such a full circle moment for me. Young girls and women need to see normal bodies and eating habits, and need to be given the freedom to learn how to feel comfortable in the body they live in. It’s good to see a fellow tall girl talking about it too!

    3. It really is super important. My sister doesn’t eat, like one eggo is a lot for her. Her son sees this and doesn’t eat either. She’s worried for him, but idk she’s not trying to fix the root. She somehow thinks just telling him to eat will make him eat. But when he leaves home and has no appetite she won’t realize she created this foundation.
