Avatar 3 was so god awful I couldn’t get past the first 20 minutes.
It’s unbelievable that his is the same guy who gave use the Terminators, Aliens and The abyss.

    2. Well, yeah, re-using the same scenes from past movies does decrease production time by a lot.

I understand that he absolutely loves the world, but it makes me so sad looking at his credits.

All he’s done for 16+ years is Avatar, and a Billie Eilish concert movie.

This guy is maybe the greatest producer to ever live but he needs better writers and somehow doesn’t see that

I enjoyed all three movies but I’m good on them. They have a very same same quality too them. Like the action is cool but it’s been kinda the same thing over and over

    6. He should contact the people who used to make Canon Films. They ca help show him how to make them faster and cheaper.

I enjoyed Avatar 1, I really quite liked 2, 3 was just a retread of 2 and was very disappointing. In other words I figured it out, make one non-repetitive movie.

James Cameron doesn’t do what James Cameron does for James Cameron. James Cameron does what James Cameron does because James Cameron is… James Cameron.

I really did try to get into avatar but I guess the films are just not for me. I think the cinematography and world are great but Avatar 3 felt very much like Avatar 2 story wise. These films make so much money but I just can’t bring myself to sit through these films :(.

On a side note, I really wish James Cameron would make the next Terminator 2 or Aliens type hype film.

    11. He should combine 4 and 5 into one movie and then it might have a satisfying and strong plot for once to accompany the visuals.

People hate these movies, but I want some closure. Take your time, bro.

    13. I was going to say did 3 really make enough money to warrant a 4 and a 5? Because I’ve literally not heard anyone talk about it. But I looked it up on Wikipedia and it made 1.49 billion against a 350-400 million budget?! Is it better than 2 because that was already pretty lame (I mean, still better than a lot of movies, but compared to 1).

Mega blockbuster Trilogy without an ounce of cultural impact. How did he even manage that lol

The next one would have to be very different from the last two to regain my interest. The third movie being a repeat of the second was diabolical.

    16. What a dummy. Every AI can create a cheaper AI Avatar movie now. Even Pixar. God bless everyone who skipped his boring and unimaginable sequels in Cinema.
