Matt Reeves announced the new castings on X.
The film begins production this spring. Scarlett Johansson and Sebastian Stan are new additions to the cast as well.

Brian Tyree Henry is that guy I like in everything, even though he’s, well, maybe not ACTUALLY a classically good actor, he’s just got great energy at all times. Even small roles in bad movies.
