Incredible casting choice either way. I think Walter does Cecil justice and was an Incredible choice
this guy talks about voice acting in a poorly animated show like it’s live-action
I’m afraid to comment because someone on here will derail the comment talking about how the animation looks shitty and compare it to the animation quality of a random anime.
So I’ll just upvote and move on…
They got it right, JK rules as Omni man and and Goggins is great as Cecil
“We think you should voice Cecil”
“Are you sure?”
I feel like his characters always need a mustache. And Cecil with a mustache would’ve just been wrong.
I mean who wouldn’t?
Kirkman: we want you to voice Cecil
Simmons: not quite my tempo
Simmons probably read the whole script, looked up at Kirkman and said “Are you sure?” And it was at that moment that Kirkman KNEW he would make a peak Omni-Man!
J.K. Simmons just became my favorite casting director. Keep up the good work, J.K.

And Goggins is like “sure I guess 39 different projects isn’t enough what’s one more.”
Before I knew anything about the show, I saw memes with Omni-Man and knew he would be voiced by Simmons. I’m sure he’d have been great as Cecil, but he’s in the right role. Goggins is perfect too.
