I think it's hilarious when the generic "bleep" sound is used to sensor dialogue in a way that makes it even funnier because the other characters reactions make it clear that whatever was said is so completely profane that it's like they are seeing a new color.
Example: Buster yelling a string of expletives on Arrested Development about Lucille and the only piece you get is the end "you old horny slut!
Michael's deadpan reaction "well nobody is going to top that" is the icing on the cake

Edit: yeah I forgot there were two spellings for censor… @#$! homophones

*censor
I don’t think I’ll ever laugh at this bit harder than I did for the Buster example, but this scene in the otherwise pretty mediocre sitcom Trial & Error came close:

Even if you know what theyre saying, I sometimes think the bleep makes the line even funnier.
I recall a cutaway in family guy where Dick Cheney is a Walmart greeter and he just says “go *bleep* yourself” to everyone as they come in. I saw the same episode uncensored and the scene just doesn’t hit the same where you actually hear “go fuck yourself”
