I was watching OG Toby Maguire Spiderman (2002) and I noticed the background of this scene looked kinda like Ground Zero. Just curious if anyone can identify or confirm if that's where they filmed this shot?
I know about the Twin Towers promos being removed, so I don't need info about that. I was at Ground Zero in 2005 and that wall in the shot looks a lot like what I saw from the observation platform. But I could be very much mistaken. I wish I could find my photos from GZ but I lost them years ago, otherwise I could check myself.

I had the same thought while watching the other day, but I doubt it’s Ground Zero. The movie itself was filmed before 9/11 and they went through the trouble of carefully trying to remove any trace of the World Trade Center from the film. I think this was just a random demolition site in the city.
I actually just watched this the other day wondering the same thing. Would love to know if it was ground zero or some other generic demolition site
