    it only took them nearly 20 years to finally make a sequel, but i guess a $22 million tax incentive from the government is a pretty solid motivator. just really hoping the script feels more like the 2007 movie and less like season 35 tbh.

    The idea of disney—literally one of the wealthiest mega-corporations on the planet—getting a $22 million taxpayer handout from california to make a sequel to a 19-year-old movie is genuinely hilarious. this is exactly the kind of corporate scam mr. burns would pull off in a classic episode.
