Ofc They’ll vote yes like a trained puppy because they want to rake in billions worth of fees since theyll still get paid regardless of whether the deal goes through or not (It’ll be surprising if they reject the deal but I’m not holding my breath)

As much as I’d love the Saudi’s and Kushner fall on their face. I have no doubt short-sighted greed will prevail.
In 5 years when Paramount continues to fail, and Warner Bros continues to be dead weight, they’ll sell for parts anyway.

Here’s to hoping that they will do the right thing AND SAY NO TO PARAMOUNT!!!!!!!!!!

The entire reason this deal is happening is because Zaslav said no and top investors started crying about the money they could potentially have made and forced the board to basically go back and take the deal. Going to vote no with all 24 shares I ended up with after AT&T spun out Warner for the merger. Wish it mattered but the top shareholders are fund managers and investment bankers so there’s no way they say no.
