I recently discovered there is no blu-ray (let alone a 4k blu ray) of this movie and i am very upset about it

such a classic! Bill Murray and Richard Dreyfuss had such a wild dynamic. legit one of those movies that just gets funnier every time you watch it.
The bit that kills me is when he’s trying to wake Bob up, the making of this is legendary as they couldn’t stand each other, it nearly broke Frank Oz.

Great movie. Bill Murray on great form but man Richard Dreyfuss does a lot of work carrying around the movie without basically ever being anything other than the punchline. He does get to close things out though so that’s nice.
Eh, I prefer Let It Ride or Moon Over Parador. I’m not such a fan of Bill Murray, and apparently neither is Richard Dreyfuss, who described him in a later interview as an ‘Irish Drunken Bully’ on the set of What About Bob.
This is my goto “home sick” movie.
Apparently, Dreyfuss hated Murray and this wasn’t really acting.
My favorite part is at the end when hes so mad he can’t even articulate words he just goes “BLAHAHAMNFNBDHASA!” and storms out of the room.
