Tatiana Elizabeth calls out influencer Lauren Blake for using her 2024 US Open photo, and swapping their heads, to pass it off as her own 2026 Miami Open photo (Lauren has since deleted the post and blames AI for the mistake)

The fact that THE Coco Gauff commented on that girls post pointing out that that court is not even in Miami had to be so embarrassing

  2. This feels extra gross to me because Lauren Blake is a white influencer with 1.6M followers and Tatiana has much fewer flowers and happens to be black. It feels like it’s erasure of Tatiana’s actual lived experience and memories, all for Lauren to pretend she attends events that she doesn’t.

I do like that she said the important part- that she’s not trying to be a bully and asking whether has social media obsession has gotten this extreme (it has!!! influencers are psychotic).

*Curtains for Zoosha* and all that but also this is WILD to do on the internet where anyone can reverse image search???

This is also a great example of how (if she is even remotely telling the truth) “AI” is actually 100% incapable of *generating* anything and exclusively steals other people’s photos, remixes a portion of the pixels with pixels from similar images without any purposeful addition to the meaning, and calls that “image generation”. It’s blatant theft and only stupid people are attempting to pass it off as original work that can’t easily be traced to its source (Edit: To clarify I am saying Sam Altman and anyone who is attempting to call “AI” generative or a form of intelligence that produces original work is deeply fucking stupid).

Edit: **To double down “AI” and image generation are simply not real and are physically impossible for transistor based computer logic to reconcile.** It is an issue of circuit design and actual physical material limitations that cannot be addressed by the multitude of AI companies claiming to have essentially made linear algebra more linear. The human brain and our ability to think through problems and conceptualize things we have never seen before has not been quantified and cannot be quantified with current digital logic no matter how many data centers they build or memory circuits they hobble together. Image processing and machine learning are very real areas of electrical engineering that have existed for decades that don’t claim to be “generative” for a reason.

  5. Girl, you weren’t castrated. Your image was beheaded and she used your body but she did not castrate you.

Wtf is an AI content agency and what is its purpose?

So influencers have gotten even more phoney and are out sourcing their bullshitting to AI?

When you copy someone’s test but only change the name.

Everyone wants that pretty brown skin but mad they can’t have it naturally. ✊🏾

  9. I really wish people knew that what you see with “influencers” (god I hate that word) IS NOT REAL. They will flat out rent a private jet for one hour on the tarmac and take photos to make it look like they’re flying private.

This profile has 1 Million followers. And it’s typical influencer shit. Courtside! Private yacht! Private beaches! Private events!

    IT. IS. NOT. REAL.

Girl like what do you mean you have a “third party agency” that’s creating and posting content to your channel..? Like she knew she wasn’t at that event and that wasn’t her photo. It’s one thing to have a social media manager who assists with editing but this somehow makes this more cringe even though the bar was in hell.

  11. I can’t think of anything more embarrassing happening to a deeply vain person.

AI may have created the photo. But does AI have her login credentials? Did ChatGPT post it without her knowing it?

  13. Back in my day influencers exaggerated their lifestyle with filters, rented clothing, cars, etc but at least it was still physically them? The concept that they are now stealing people’s photos entirely and using AI to add their face, jewelry, makeup, and clothing alterations is so strange. It’s literally not even your body and you were never even having that experience at all. It’s completely fabricated and it feels so dystopian.
