Some people in the in memoriam were just credited with titles like “lawyer” Eric Dane seems more inclusive into this bunch than “lawyer”
The in memoriam is not a hall of fame, you don’t have to be a movie “star” to make it. Dude was in a bunch of movies, he should’ve been in there.
