One of the things that has impressed so much about Arcane is how much it has been a step up in animation quality every episode had to be compared to a movie instead of a serialized or episodic animation project.
I wondered when we would see a level of consistent quality would be achieved in another series and I have to say JJK season 3 has been delivering way beyond my expectations.

Just for the jump in animation quality you could just jump right in on season 3 but if you really wanted to understand the rules and terminology that govern this setting you should watch season 1 because half the premise of that season is to teach new sorcerers how things work.

Not surprising, it’s MAPPA. They’re top tier alongside ufotable.
I keep starting this show but have yet to finish the first season. It feels like something I want to watch, but doesn’t deliver quite enough, idk.
The characters just come across as kind of bland
And too much spiky hair
I’m really enjoying season 3, but I don’t see how they top Season 2 for me. Hidden Inventory was so well written and Shibuya felt like 20 straight battle episodes it was insane.
I am loving how experimental Season 3 is though
One Punch Man Season 1 changed the genre. These are its fruits blooming
