Mr. Nobody Against Putin was great. You read about how the Nazis transformed the schools and society overnight and this has incredible footage of that fascist crackdown happening day by day.

  2. Well deserved, and I’m not sure how Pavel Talankin manages to walk around with the sheer brass bollocks he has.

Well, I just watched the trailer. Jesus Christ, Putin is worse than I thought, and he is already a mass murderer.

  4. Makes me think of Navalny. Why did he have to go back to Russia? Surely he must have known….

“Recent Oscar-winning documentary film director dies tragically due to strangling, burning, poisoning, shooting, and uranium irradiation, while also crashing his plane into the side of a mountain.

The Trump administration has ruled this death an accident.”

I’m not unhappy for them but I was pulling for The Alabama Solution to win.

  7. Thought this was the weakest of the ones nominated. Appreciated showing details of how a facist govt operates in schools. But the doc focuses so much on the Pavel, and him telling us how brave he is. Kinda off putting to me and undercut a more important message in movie.

  8. Really strange to me that a Russian school would care to employ a videographer in the first place. Couldn’t get over that aspect of the film

This ppl really believe that Putin is aware of this movie. He said himself that he never red a book about him but you idiots think he is going to watch this movie.

  10. Lol @ people in here crying about fascism by celebrating a award given in the country run by pedophile rapists and terrorists

But aye they gave putin hate a trophy in pedoland hence why these awards still matter amiright

  11. Well deserved. It’s rare to see how the war against Ukraine affects everyday Russians.
