New Girl isn’t old enough for a reunion and no, I will not be Googling it to see how long it’s been off the air.

What would Furguson think of what you’ve become, Lamorne?
New Girl is a wonderful sitcom. The three male leads were so great. As much as I would love to see more, honestly I think they ended it perfectly and adding to it would lessen the show.

Listen to the podcast that Jake Johnson has with Gareth Reynolds, ‘We’re Here to Help’; LaMorne guests on one or two occasions and they give each other endless hell just like this every time. It’s dangerous to drive while listening to those eps
I avoided this show for a long time. Figured it was a dumb sitcom with forgettable dudes and Zooey Deschanel being twee.
I almost didn’t finish it because I laughed so hard at the popcorn machine gag I nearly died.

Things should be allowed to end. The same way that fictional characters shouldn’t be brought back from the dead. It cheapens the conclusion and storytelling.
I get that actors love to work, especially with their friends, but New Girl among other things ended on a real high note.
Film/TV is turning into an ouroboros eating its own tail. We need to create new stories and characters. The IP pillaging/reviving is getting ridiculous.

After reading all the horrific shit going on in the world, reading this article really lightened my heart for the moment. Jake Johnson is fucking awesome! We would all be so lucky to have a person like him in our lives.

There aren’t too many shows that surprise me but new girl was definitely one of them. Much better than I expected!

Winston was my favorite character, not sure I’d be interested without Lamorne

Oh someone got that BMO money and can’t be bothered to have a mess around with his friends anymore?
As much as reboots scare me this has me screaming with joy!! New Girl is the reason I became a screenwriter and why I continue down this path because one day I wanna make a show this good that it has people begging for a reboot.

Give it more time. Scrubs waiting nearly 18 years to come back and basically not missing a beat has shown it can be done. But the intervening years have to provide you with rich story potential.

sounds like a good old fashion mess around if you ask me, Lamore said last year it’s Johnson holding out [https://www.threads.com/@tiff_net/post/C_-rMOfyCYT?hl=en](https://www.threads.com/@tiff_net/post/C_-rMOfyCYT?hl=en)
