I remembered today that Arnold was supposed to play Santa Claus in a new Christmas movie. Curious about what happened to the movie, I looked it up: “The Man with The Bag” was supposed to release in October 2025, but it has clearly been delayed. Not only has it not been released yet, but there’s no release date announced and no trailer online.
That didn’t stop this film critic from WISH-TV, though. In October, Patty Spitler “reviewed” the film. She reads the plot synopsis, then makes a few tangential comments and jokes to hide the fact that she has obviously not seen the movie.
If you’re curious, she gives it 3 out of 5 stars.

Matt Walsh had a thing with his “What is a Woman” screener where he could see how much of the movie reviewers watched. It was wild. Most watched none. Some watched like 10 minutes.

Kyle Mooney is also in it. I’m curious to see it. I believe it was filmed toward the end of 2024, so I thought they would have had it ready for the holidays at the end of 2025.

Alan Ritchson had Playdate released in November 2025 by Amazon which is also releasing The Man with the Bag which he also stars in and produced. Amazon’s just spacing it out and will release it closer to Christmas this year. They weren’t going to release 2 movies with the same star around the same time.
Sounds like she got high as fuck before watching Red One.
