Based on what Charlie Day said at the beginning of the Direct about Mario and Luigi sticking together throughout the entire film this time around, it definitely seems like Illumination took at least some of the criticisms from the first movie to heart. Love to see it!

Those first two sentences from peach truly have me foaming at the mouth that we are indeed heading in a SSBM type direction. LoZ apparantly with the direction change going to “toon” instead of live action I feel is a huge relief
