RIP Rob and Michele 💔 All of those pictures of their family and pets in the stairwell and on their fridge are heartbreaking. They loved all of their kids so much.

Miss ya, Meathead. I think of you every single morning when I put on my left sock, then my left shoe, then my right sock, then my right shoe.

He was so talented and so beloved. I am so sad for their family. It’s unimaginable what happened and I’m sure they are struggling in ways we can’t understand.

Someone commenting online had recommended the audiobook version of The Princess Bride, by William Goldman, which Rob narrates. So I’m passing that recommendation along. It was wonderful to spend a few hours with Rob reading this wonderful fairy tale to me. Happy Heavenly Birthday Rob.

I always had a crush on him.

Feels like Hollywood (in the prolific 70s-90s sense) died when he died.
Brief aside: remember when refrigerators were plastered with actual photos?

I was watching the Mel Brooks documentary and should have been prepared for Rob to appear but I wasn’t so I started weeping. A true mensch who gave us so much.

I’d die happy if I could add 1/4 of the joy he and Mel gave the world.

Still not fair man. Such a kind soul to the industry.

What is hard, is that he probably would’ve lived at least another 10 years based on how long his father was alive. (He died in 2020 at 98.)

This is making me tear up 😢 Such sweet pictures. I love the wall full of photos, and their garden is so beautiful, lush and full of life.
