I know they’re going for a dreamy film look but anyone else think they kind of airbrushed/edited her skin too much? Also in pic 5 I think there’s a lil photoshop error around her jaw. (Amazing shoot and styling tho !! don’t get me wrong)
Its been a while since I saw a photoshoot not catered to men.
She gives off such bubbly vibes, I love her.

I love everything about this tbh. Her personality shines through and it’s not the same tired ass ‘make sex eyes at the camera with mouth half open’ like 99% of other shoots featuring women.

It’s so refreshing to not see the same mouth agape dead eye look, she’s easily clearing most photoshoots I’ve seen recently

I love that she looks her age! I am not saying it to put other women down, like she is a better woman etc. But with the female celebrities feeling pressured to have cosmetic procedures and dress sexy etc, she just reminded me of how my circle was in the late 90s when we were her age. There was a bit less pressure as there was not much globalization before the internet.

America’s Ice Princess. This is from Teen Vogue:
Alysa Liu loves anime and hiking. She has two cats named Sesame and Chia and lives alone in her own place. The first thing she did on her last home visit to the Bay area was “eat some good Chinese food”. For all intents and purposes, shes a regular 20- year old girl living her life while prioritizing self care and building strong boundaries. She also happens to be a two-time Olympic Gold medal winner.

I like this but I think it’s too airbrushed.
But what even is the Gen Z vibe? This is early millenial/some later vibes that Gen Z thinks those before them are copying. I didn’t think this aesthetic would come around as fast as it did, tbh.

First thought for me too, she looks like someone I’d want to be friends with.

I love EVERYTHING about this. I hate that my first thought is “wow, finally an age appropriate not sexual but incredibly aesthetically appealing photoshoot of not-Sydney Sweeney”.
But anyways, Erika Long ATE. teen vogue never disappoints
