I donāt know how this works, but from what Iāve heard: He has millions of WB stocks that he can ābuyā at $11 (itās locked in at that price and I think thatās what it was worth when he was given them) and āsellā at the $31 mark that WB is being bought for.
Dude has enough of those stocks to make nearly half a billion, so heās just offloading like 20% of his holdings.
