GOOD. People have gotten way too comfortable with pushing their wild, illogical conspiracy theories at the expense of real people’s lives.

  2. Atozy was there and the recap was fucking wild. She represented herself and cross examined herself, and she was still trying to push that the professor was guilty during the damages hearing *after she was already found guilty of defamation*

Finally some real consequences. The amateur detective brigade have gotten way too comfortable accusing people / ‘theorising’ these days. I saw a TikTok of a woman who had requested every public file in the Idaho murders and made a video series about it – complete with, I shit you not, a wooden pin board where she tried to connect the dots that had already been connected by actual detectives trained to interpret evidence. And of course she now believes she’s come across evidence that proves that guys innocence. It’s crazy.

  4. The professor won’t get any money unfortunately though. The tiktoker doesn’t have anything, and I believe, was in another country at one point.

  5. These people are insane. Kohberger has a weird fan club professing his innocence and I just cannot understand that level of delusion
