Oh my god, I just finished the first couple episodes for this amazing new tv show that came out in December called Sandokan it’s fully in English and it’s amazing (it also features Ed Westwick from Gossip girl so it’s pretty mainstream)
It’s basically the pirates of the Caribbean but like if it starred a noble warrior version of Captain Jack Sparrow and he had a relationship with Elizabeth Swan. It’s a historical, adventure, drama and it has really exciting plot and great cultural influences it’s set in an island near Malaysia. It’s not cringey or corny.
ITS SO GOOD. YA’LL YOU HAVE TO WATCH IT, THIS SHOW NEEDS A SEASON 2, I DON’T WANT IT TO GET PREMATURELY CANCELLED.
