  1. I know that he’s literally in a stadium surrounded by people as well being next to the other performers, but something about this video still weirds me out. Feels voyeuristic.

Big stage, millions watching, and he still took a quiet moment first. Respect that kind of focus probably helps more than hype ever could.

You should know that Bad has been extremely religious since he was a child and strongly believes in God

I’m a lapsed Catholic. I haven’t seriously prayed in 20 years apart from the occasional bumpy flight. Seeing the way he talked to God before that performance makes me want to believe in whatever spirit he brought out of himself for that show.

From bagging groceries in Puerto Rico to the biggest stage in the world, he never forgot who to thank. Humble King

  6. More of a Christian than any of the hypocrites fighting for β€œChristian values”

  7. Imagine being at the top of the world and your only prayer is: Just let me make them proud. Benito is special.

  8. Remember: this is anti-Christian blasphemy but Kid Rock singing about exclusively fucking little girls is pure values.

  9. It’s crazy that MAGA tried so hard to smear this man and call him anti-American, yet he portrays more American ideals than our own damn president. It’s wild.

  10. You would think conservatives would live this. Prayer, focus on family and small town community traditions, a hetero marriage?? Yet because he’s brown, it’s anti-American. Makes no sense.

Latin America is sooooo culturally Catholic, even our language is constantly referencing God (β€œmuy bien gracias a Dios”, β€œsi Dios quiere”, β€œcon la ayuda de Dios” etc etc) and even if you’re not a believer, I think Catholicism itself is so embedded in this culture that to ME this is quite possibly the most Latin thing this man could’ve done. I still consider myself Catholic and do the sign of the cross and all of it (even though I rarely go to mass and all that) and this hit me weirdly hard like, we really are the same.
