In “Anaconda” (1997) Jon Voight’s famous wink wasn’t scripted. He winked at the camera operator when he thought the take was over, and the editor happened to see it and put it in the film

Or this could be a blink, since the other eye was melted by the snake’s stomach acid, to suggest that he was still alive.
I don’t remember the CGI being quite this bad.
It reminds me of a scene in The Scorpion King (IIRC), where The Rock comically slides into view.
Really stretching the scope of the word “famous” here.
