Would be surprised if they’re able to turn it around by January/February 2027 given post-production.

I’m sorry but this is why I decided to be done w this show after the S2 finale. The set it up like questions would be answered then created way too many new questions for me to be willing to wait another 3 years for the answers.

I’ve given up. season 1 was great, season 2 was just stringing everyone along to wait 3 more years for the next season.
And if the show isn’t wrapping up at season 3 then there is no reason for them not filming season 3 & 4 back to back. Networks used to produce 20+ 30min – 1hr episodes every year. And sometimes those shows weren’t even that popular! Some shows that were canceled were given shorter seasons to wrap things up. But now we can’t even get a massively popular program to produce 10 episodes without having a 2-3 year break in between.

This show has so much potential that they could have given us at least 5 seasons, one every year like shows in the 2000s used to. The way things are going looks like we’re only getting one more season. Sucks

Like I will still watch it, but I don’t understand why they are doing it this way. This is more than ‘it just takes time’ and strikes or whatever the fuck people usually explain away the long waits with. There are crews of hundreds of people that are just sitting around waiting years between work. It makes no sense. This is one of apples flagship series, it makes no sense that they can’t turn and burn. I don’t understand why the people working on this show aren’t demanding answers, they have been unemployed for so long while working on a show that by all accounts is very successful. I assume they have to go find other work during all the down time, but it makes no sense why they can’t just get back to work after a successful season. There is nothing particularly demanding about this series that should make it take so long. They should already be writing season 4 and 5 and so on right now. This is ridiculous. It makes no sense to stay subscribed if I need to wait so long to watch the shows I subscribe for. And what makes the least sense is that people have been pissed about these ridiculous wait times for like 5 years or more now, they haven’t absorbed any of that feedback to fix the process? They still don’t care that the fans won’t accept multi year waits between seasons? What can we actually do about this? We are just the little orphan begging for more porridge.
