Not American so perhaps not my place but it is such a Hunger Games Capital dystopia where people are being killed and then we are liking posts of other people decorating their nails and posing for cute photos with protest slogans.
Obviously she’s on the right side, it’s just a weird feeling.

i know the gut reaction will be to say this is performative, but i just want to mention becky does do community outreach and was pretty involved in fundraising and amplifying resources for immigrants in los angeles last year. shes from LA and has a long history of being proud of her community
her nails are not the full extent of her activism
