Not surprising imo. I feel like a big pull for Netflix is that it kind of moved away from reality TV crap that dominated mainstream TV in the earlier 2000’s. I know it has some big hits like Love is Blind but that feels a lot fresher an American Idol clone which deserves to be left in the past.

Why can’t things have a slow build on Netflix?
Are the first two episodes bad?

I can’t look at that guy’s face for an entire episode tbh.

I got a month of Netflix about 3 weeks ago, have not seen this advertised one time

Good. Chrissy Tiegan is a weird pedo. She needs to go away. I’m surprised she’s even considered for jobs like these still.

I love Sarah Michelle Gellar but no way in fuck would I support MAGA Roll the booger eater. Least I can support her in a few months with Ready or Not Here I come.

it’s not necessarily a bad idea to reboot it, but they did an awful job of it, I could only make it like 5 min before turning it off.

I thought Buffy was a good judge but the other two were just horrible in my opinion. I went in with no preconceived notions of either of them, and barely could sit through an episode. You don’t have to mention how uncoordinated you are or how much you lost weight after every performance. It just became drab.

Is SMG cursed? I feel like every show she’s done since Buffy has failed.

Probably all the religious preaching. My wife turned it off and never went back.

I actually enjoy the concept of the show. I like the live voting.
Sarah Michelle Geller is really good on it. The best judge easily.
But to be honest, the show DRAGS. Anthony Anderson is okay, but his delivery on some things is just off.
And the talent on the show honestly kind of feels like the people who couldn’t make it on America’s Got Talent.
There were a few good acts, but there were just as many bad ones. And when you have so few acts that isn’t good.
And while I appreciate the personal bit, the second episode turning into the end of a church worship service, where I expected Jelly Roll to perform an altar call – well… it was awkward.
Not to mention there was no real advertising for it. I didnt even know it was happening, and a friend told me about it after the first night.

Clearly lying about Conan didn’t help them lol

Viewers didn’t wanna watch Chrissy Teigen. I am shocked. SHOCKED!

Probably because they stopped advertising that Conan was a part of the original show.

It barely beat Star Trek Academy

The only reason I heard about this was because Conan got accidentally added to one of the trailers as someone “discovered” by the show lol

I mean, did they market it? This is the first time I’m ever literally hearing about it.
