Should the director not be kinda embarrassed by this or am I just a dick?

That’s on almost all money you’ve seen on screen

Thanks to Rush Hour 2, this is standard now-a-days.

They couldn’t scrounge up $200? Lol

I have 20/20 vision and still had to zoom on this to *barely* be able to read it on this still frame image. We have very different definitions of “clearly”.

I genuinely can’t believe this film has the chance to surpass the LOTR films in terms of Oscars.
The standard of film has dropped significantly over the last twenty years for sure.

Theory pulled out of my ass: someone in the crew pocketed the hero $100s and hoped that nobody would notice. (And it made it to the final movie so they were right.)

This movie sucked and is extremely overrated. Academy should be embarrassed.

Well you see, Sinners (2025) is a motion picture, believe it or not.

To everyone asking why they didn’t use real money: you don’t need two $100 bills. You need two *1932 or earlier* $100 dollar bills and those are probably harder to just produce from someone’s wallet.
