Still hilarious that if you pushed ‘1138’ on your TV remote while looking at the Revenge of the Sith DVD menu, you would be greeted with a video of Yoda breakdancing. Truly one of the greatest Easter Eggs of all-time.

Why 1138? Is their any significance or meaning behind it, or was George Lucas in a goofy mood?

If you haven’t seen it, track down his first attempt at sci-fi, the movie THX 1138

The fact they used The Roots instead of a random more well known song is hilarious.

“Truly one of the best X of all time” seems to be a line used on Reddit to reference something someone recently enjoyed, and isn’t actually considering all past occurrences of X when determining if theirs is truly the best of all time.

Easter egss just aren’t the same with everything instantly available online. I remember when I used to get the Playstation demo game discs, they always had hidden stuff so I’d be trying all sorts of things. I remember vividly when I figured out how to get to the hidden (entire) Got The Life music video by Korn

Still crazy that all the clones were fake. I know George wanted to be innovative with new tech, but that doesn’t mean put it all over the screen.

Dind’t know this – The motion capture is good, but the rendering is so awful. Long time since I watched the films, but boy oh boy this has dated so badly. Really glad they haven’t persisted and have gone back to a lot of practical stuff.

This clip cut out the funniest part, when he dodders across the stage before he throws down the cane and starts dancing.
