In Casino Royale (2006), when Bond and Vesper meet for the first time she says "I'm the money" and he replies "Every penny of it." Combining the words 'money' and 'penny' we get Moneypenny, a classic character of the James Bond novels and films that doesn't appear in this particular movie.
