  1. Justice for Andor. That show is a masterpiece; it definitely deserved more nods than just the one for Best Drama.

Edit: There are more noms, but the lack of acting noms is frustrating.

  2. I hate that What We Do In The Shadows ended without Harvey getting a single nomination. That series is so underrated.

For all the noms that Severance got, I’m sad that Dichen Lachman didn’t get one 😭 she was *great* in the Chikhai Bardo and Cold Harbor episodes

  4. As the Baby Billy Freeman fan club president I’m always sad The Righteous Gemstones doesn’t get more acknowledgment

Not Pedro Pascal getting nominated for Lead Actor in a Drama Series >!despite only appearing in 3 episodes!< 💀

I watched all of The Studio, and I didn’t love it.  It felt way too inside baseball, and this is from someone who knows who Matt Belloni is.  That show should have gotten about half the nominations it did.

I miss comedies that actually make you laugh.

The Bear getting nominated for comedy is a joke. Comedy actors and writers are barely rewarded as it is yet The Bear unjustly steals the noms and awards which aren’t meant for them.

The Penguin was fantastic and Cristin Milioti should get an Emmy. That one episode where it’s all about Sofia is the best piece of television and acting i saw last year

Common Side Effects is one of the best shows I’ve ever seen, animated or live action.

Oh my god I’m already feeling so conflicted about the Noah Wyle/Adam Scott best actor showdown. Can they just split it?

Edit: also what do you mean dichen lachman didn’t get a nomination? She deserved it for episode 7 alone

It’s time for Janelle to get her due!

Love the attention The Pitt got. I’m almost done with my rewatch and it truly is a fantastic show.

are the emmys getting better or am I just getting older? bc severance and the studio (along with the rehearsal) were my favorite shows this year.

Out of all the shows I watched from the list of nominees, I am thrilled to see Adolescence receive some well-deserved nominations. Owen Cooper is the highlight, especially his performance in the third episode. Holy crap that kid can act. He better win in his category. 🤞🏻

I’m also rooting for Only Murders in the Building. It’s such a cozy murder mystery show.

Paradise is also quite entertaining. I’m glad it received some recognition.

Other than that, I seriously need to start watching more tv shows. I feel so behind. 😵‍💫

The second season of Severance was *so good*, this is well deserved. (The first season was also incredible)

Paradise was one of my favorite recent show. Highly recommended if you haven’t seen it. Don’t read any spoilers or watch any trailers – go into it totally blind.

  17. I just finished severance s2 yesterday rewatching it with s1 and honestly overall the season was very mid

  18. I wish Somebody Somewhere had gotten so many nods but pulling for Jeff Hiller 🥰

I know Hollywood loves stories about Hollywood so it’s kind of cliche in that aspect but The Studio was great and felt fresh with an efficient use of all its cameos. It would have been very easy to present a pretentious circlejerk of how well rich and famous people know each other but it gave something well beyond that and left a lasting impression as a result. Scorsese likely won’t take home the comedy guest actor prize as Cranston is right there but he has my irrelevant vote regardless.

  20. Were the people in charge of nominations huffing Saw Gererra’s fuel? Nothing for Andor’s Diego Luna, Genevieve O’Reilly, Denise Gough or Stellan Skarsgard is wild.

I am disappointed at the lack of Interview with the Vampire nominations.

I was so happy to see shawn hatosy for guest actor in the pitt! He should have gotten recognition already for animal kingdom but people slept on that show while it was airing
