The map leads to the wishing star.
If you've seen the movie, this shot in particular is taken from when the trio meets Jack Horner holding the puppy threatening to shoot him. Horner shoots the unicorn horns and when Puss in Boots almost gets hit with one and was thrown to the ground, he sees Death close by.
Right after that Goldie opens the map but Death is not on it.
